ACLU of Wisconsin - The American Civil Liberties Union was created to defend the individual rights protected in the Constitution. They provide resources and services for people that are experiencing discrimination.
The LBGTQ Freedom Fund - The LGBTQ Freedom Fund pays bail to secure low-income individuals’ liberty and safety in U.S. jails and immigration facilities, focusing on LGBTQ individuals.
The National LGBT Bar Association - The National LGBT Bar Association is a national association of lawyers, judges and other legal professionals, law students, activists, and affiliated lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender legal organizations. The LGBT Bar provides legal resources with specialised focus to LGBT issues.
The National Trans Bar Association - The National Trans Bar Association is a national association of legal professionals, law students and affiliated collaborative organizations. The National Trans Bar Association provides legal resources for TGNC folks.

UW Path Clinic - The University of Wisconsin/American Family Children's Hospital's Pediatric and Adolescent Transgender Health (PATH) Clinic is a Madison-based clinic focused on healthcare and education for gender-variant children/adolescents.
UW Gender Services Clinic - A University of Wisconsin health care clinic specializing in gender health care services for adult clients.
Froedtert Inclusion Health Clinic - Inclusion Health Clinics enable providers with expertise and a passion for caring for LGBTQ patients to deliver care in a welcoming, affirming environment. There’s an option for an on-demand, virtual clinic as well.
Wisconsin Transgender Health Coalition - Wisconsin Transgender Health Coalition is an organization aimed to provide equitable access to health and health care for transgender, intersex, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people. Some of their resources include a health directory of inclusive health care.
Outhealth - This organization recognizes the LGBTQIA community's unique healthcare needs. They strive to find the best healthcare providers for individuals and connect them with events and resources.
Group Health Cooperative (GHC) - This healthcare organization provides transgender-competent Family Care and Primary Care physicians across Dane County, Madison, WI.
Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Veteran Care - This Madison-based hospital provides Veteran Services specifically to LGBT individuals that qualify for Veterans Administration (VA) benefits.
The Center for Patient Partnerships - They strive to bridge the gap between effective partnerships among people seeking healthcare, people providing healthcare, and people making policies that guide the healthcare system. They address insurance coverage denials and other challenges with insurance providers.
Mental Health America of Wisconsin PRISM Program - The PRISM Program is a new pilot program to connect LGBTQ+ youth (ages 16-26 years old) in Wisconsin with trained peer-specialists who can provide mental and emotional support and mentorship.

Freedom, Inc - A Queer Justice center in Madison committed to providing services to communities of color and queer individuals. They offer a variety of programs for all ages.
Black Trans Advocacy Coalition - A national organization that advocates for the Black transgender community through housing, health, and employment.
National Queer and Trans Therapists Network - This network is a healing justice organization committed to transforming mental health for queer and transgender people of color.
Orgullo Latinx LGBT+ - An organization with Dane County created to support and enhance the Latinx LGBT+ community’s lives through education, outreach, advocacy, community justice, and scholarship programs.

Outreach - Madison's LGBT Resource Center provides connections and information for the local community.
Gender Wellness - A project of Outreach Madison that aims to help gender variant, transgender, and gender diverse people get access to healthy lifestyle resources.
Fair Wisconsin - Political Action Committee devoted to inclusive, safety, and equity for the LGBTQ community in Wisconsin.
LGBT Books for Prisoners - A community group operating from a Social Justice Center focused on racial and transgender justice in the prison system. The project sends books to incarcerated LGBTQ-identified people across the US.
Housing
The Fair Housing Council - The Fair Housing Council helps people who have experienced housing discrimination in Wisconsin. They provide enforcement, outreach, education, fair lending, and inclusive community programs. They are based out of Milwaukee, but they have offices in Madison and Appleton.
Tenant Resource Center - This nonprofit has multiple programs focused on assisting folx that face eviction and homelessness in the Madison area.
Family Planning
Wisconsin Fertility Institute - They provide an inclusive practice that tailors treatment plans to patients’ individual needs.
Generations Fertility Care - A University of Wisconsin center delivering remarkable, accessible, and innovative fertility care for all patients.
The Law Center, S.C. - The Law Center, S.C. is a law firm with a practicing history of adoption, assisted reproduction, and fighting for the rights of children of LGBTQ+ families in Wisconsin.
Senior Care
LGBTQ50+Alliance - This organization supports the unique experience of aging through an LGBTQ lens. The Alliance provides social, educational, and support services for the community.
Madison Senior Center - This organization seeks to promote successful aging by helping seniors avoid disease, engage with life, and maintain high cognitive and physical function.

Disability Rights Wisconsin - A private nonprofit organization that protects the rights of people with disabilities statewide, striving to advance the dignity, equality, and self-determination of people with disabilities. They work to pursue justice on matters related to human and legal rights.
Aging and Disability Resource Center- The ADRC supports seniors, adults with disabilities, their families, and caregivers by providing information, assistance, and education on community services and long-term care options.
Access to Independence - Access to Independence provides information about disability-related issues, resources, and services to people with disabilities, families, professionals, and the general public.
